How do I measure myself?

Our cutting-edge 3D tech captures your full body measurements using just two photos. Simply wear form-fitting clothing and follow the on-screen instructions to achieve an impressive 97% accuracy rate.

What happens if my garment does not fit me?

We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. In addition to taking your precise measurements, we ask for your preferred fit to ensure every piece is tailored exactly to your style and comfort. As long as the on-screen instructions at checkout were followed, we take full responsibility for any necessary alterations or returns.

Can I get a tailor to measure me?

You’re welcome to have a professional take your measurements. We do ask that the tailor provides notes on how each measurement was taken, as methods can vary. After submitting a manual measurement request, we’ll send you the full list of required measurements.

Can I make a specific request on the fit?
