How do I measure myself?

How can I track my order?

Your order will be delivered via premium courier. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel every step of the way.

What happens if my garment does not fit me?

We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. In addition to taking your precise measurements, we ask for your preferred fit to ensure every piece is tailored exactly to your style and comfort. As long as the on-screen instructions at checkout were followed, we take full responsibility for any necessary alterations or returns.

Fit & Measurements

Can I get a tailor to measure me?

You’re welcome to have a professional take your measurements. We do ask that the tailor provides notes on how each measurement was taken, as methods can vary. After submitting a manual measurement request, we’ll send you the full list of required measurements.

Can I make a specific request on the fit?

Will the garment look exactly like the 3D model?

Our fabrics have been meticulously scanned and digitised using cutting-edge technology, offering a highly accurate representation of the garment you’ll receive. However, please note that colour variations may occur due to individual screen settings and display differences.

How do I customise something that I don’t see an option for?

As a bespoke service, we offer endless customization options, within reason of course. If you have a special request, simply reach out via email or WhatsApp, and our team will be delighted to assist you. You can expect a response within 24- 48 hours.

Where do you ship to?

Renz Tailors delivers worldwide through premium courier services. Please select your shipping destination at the top-right of the website before shopping. Delivery costs vary by location.

How do I customise something that I don’t see an option for?

We often create and deliver your custom pieces within 2–3 weeks. While we always aim for the fastest turnaround possible, we kindly ask for your patience, each garment is handcrafted with care as part of our bespoke service. 

Need it sooner? No problem. For an additional fee, you can opt for express delivery and receive your order within 1-2 weeks.

Is delivery safe?

All parcels are dispatched from the UK with tracking and signature confirmation, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely. International shipments receive the same care, though delivery times may be longer depending on location.

Payment & Returns

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Klarna for interest-free payment options, giving you flexibility when shopping with Renz Tailors.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only if a garment is ill-fitting or defective. All Renz Tailors pieces are bespoke, made to your unique measurements and specifications. As such, once tailoring has begun, all sales are final.
