Welcome to www.renztailors.com (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, products, and services provided by Renz Tailors Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Definitions

“Made-to-Measure” / “Bespoke” Items – Garments created to the customer’s measurements or specifications, including customised options.

“Standard Items” – Ready-made items not tailored to individual measurements.

“User”, “You”, “Your” – Any visitor or customer of our Website.

“Services” – All products, tools, digital measurement technology, and support services offered by Renz Tailors Limited.
2. Eligibility & Use of Website
To use our Website or place an order, you must:

Provide accurate, truthful information;

Use the Website only for lawful purposes;

Not interfere with our systems, data, or intellectual property.
We may suspend or refuse service for breach of these Terms or for suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Product Types
We sell two categories of products:
3.1 Made-to-Measure / Customised Items
These include bespoke garments created using your submitted measurements, Digital Tailor scans, and any custom selections.
These items are exempt from statutory cancellation rights once production has begun (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28).
3.2 Standard / Ready-Made Items
These items qualify for the full statutory 14-day right to cancel, provided they meet return conditions in Section 13.
4. Measurements & Fit Requirements
When purchasing made-to-measure garments, you agree to:

Submit accurate measurements via manual input or our Digital Tailor scanner;

Follow instructions for correct scanning (lighting, posture, clothing, etc.);
-
Provide supplemental measurements or photographs when reasonably requested.
We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect self-measurements or failure to follow instructions.
Our garments are crafted within a 0.5” margin of tolerance, which meets industry standards.
5. Order Process & Confirmation
Your order is accepted only when:

All measurements are received;
-
A Renz Tailors Limited tailor has reviewed and approved your measurements (1–3 business days);

Production begins.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for:
-
Fraud prevention concerns;
-
Incorrect billing details;
-
Out-of-stock fabrics;
-
Inability to verify measurements.
If cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after measurement approval.
United Kingdom

Free Tracked Shipping: 2–3 weeks

Express Shipping: 1–2 weeks
Europe & Rest of World
-
Standard Shipping: 3–4 weeks
-
Express Shipping: 2–3 weeks
Custom garments may take 4–6 weeks.
Delays may occur due to customs, high demand, or fabric availability.
6.2 Tracking
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
6.3 Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to you.
We do not ship to hotels or temporary accommodation.
6.4 Courier Delays
Courier strikes or disruptions may add 10+ working days to delivery times.
6.5 Lost or Late Parcels
A parcel is considered lost only after 30 working days post-dispatch.
We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered.
If an incorrect address was provided, reshipping fees apply.
6.6 Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and customs fees.
Refused packages may be destroyed or returned; shipping and duties are non-refundable.

8. Prices, Payment & Billing

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payments include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

Payment must be cleared before production begins.

We may reject payments flagged by fraud prevention systems.
9. Perfect Fit Promise & Alteration Credits
As detailed in your Perfect Fit & Alteration Policy:

9.2 Remake Eligibility
A free remake may be offered if:

The garment falls outside our 0.5” tolerance;

You supplied correct measurements;
-
Alterations cannot resolve the issue;
-
Photos and evidence are provided within 30 days.
9.3 When Remakes Are Not Eligible
No remakes will be issued if:
-
Measurements were incorrect;
-
Fit issue results from failing to follow measurement instructions;
-
You do not provide required evidence within 7 days;
-
Garments match the submitted measurements and custom selections.
10. Colour Accuracy
Fabric colours may differ slightly due to:
-
Lighting during photography;
-
Device or screen settings.
This is not considered a defect unless the wrong fabric was used.
11. Returns & Exchanges
11.1 Return Periods
-
Made-to-measure items: Non-returnable unless faulty.

Standard items:

28-day goodwill return period

14-day statutory cancellation (UK & EU)
11.2 Return Conditions
Items must be:
-
Unused and unaltered;
-
In original condition with tags and packaging;
-
Accompanied by all accessories and documentation.
11.3 Exclusions
Cannot be returned unless faulty:
-
Made-to-measure or custom items
-
Personalised items
-
Items without hygiene seals (where applicable)
11.4 Refunds
Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds issued to the original payment method only.
Delivery upgrades (express shipping) are non-refundable.
International duties are non-refundable.
12. Faulty Items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Within 30 days – refund if item is faulty.
-
Within 6 months – repair or replacement; refund if unsuccessful.
-
After 6 months – may be eligible for partial refund depending on issue.
Faults caused by misuse or wear and tear are excluded.
13. Cancellation Rights (Standard Items Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You have 14 days to cancel standard (non-custom) items.
-
Made-to-measure items are exempt once tailoring begins.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, product designs, and Digital Tailor technology are owned by Renz Tailors Limited.
You may not:

Copy or redistribute Website content
-
Reverse-engineer our technology
-
Use trademarks without permission
15. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
We process your data in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect and process:

Payment information

Measurement data (including photographs)
Your data is used only to fulfil orders, support services, and improve fit accuracy.

16. Liability
We are not liable for:

Losses caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

Losses caused by courier delays
-
Customs delays, fees, or seizures

Minor colour variations
-
Improper garment care
-
Consequential or indirect losses
Our total liability will never exceed the value of the order placed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Fraud Prevention
Orders may be cancelled if:

Billing address does not match payment method
-
Suspicious activity is detected
-
Information appears false or incomplete
18. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website.
We may update or modify any feature without notice.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
