Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Tailor Approval

Orders are only confirmed once we receive your complete measurements. A Renz Tailors Limited tailor will review and approve your measurements within 1-3 business days.

Production will begin only after approval. This ensures quality and aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which governs made-to-order goods and protects both customers and our business.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • FREE Tracked Shipping (Orders over £150)
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks

  • Express Tracked Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks

Europe & Rest of World

  • Standard Tracked Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 3–4 weeks

  • Express Tracked Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks

 Note: Delivery times begin after measurement approval. Please allow up to 6 weeks total for made-to-order items. While most orders are delivered in under three weeks, delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand, or fabric availability.


3. Custom Orders & Split Shipments

Custom and made-to-measure garments may require 4–6 weeks for delivery.

If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

All orders are fully insured and tracked during transit.
Once tracking shows the item is delivered to the address provided, the responsibility for the parcel passes to you.

We do not ship to hotels or temporary accommodation addresses.


6. Courier Delays & Strikes

Courier disruptions (e.g. Royal Mail strikes) may delay deliveries.
We will continue to process, pack, and dispatch orders during these periods, but delivery delays of 10+ working days may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


7. Lost or Late Deliveries

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to address errors.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the reshipping fee. If you decline, this cost will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Parcels:

  • Parcels can only be considered lost or eligible for refund/replacement after 30 working days post-dispatch.

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it:

    • Check with neighbours, reception desks, or workplace mailrooms

    • You may request Proof of Delivery from the courier

Please note: We do not refund or replace tracked items that are marked as delivered.


8. Import Duties & Taxes

European Union

  • Orders over £135 / €150 may incur import duties and VAT

  • These charges are your responsibility and must be paid before delivery

  • If refused, the item may be returned or destroyed, and shipping/duties will not be refunded

Rest of World

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country

  • These charges are not covered by Renz Tailors Limited

  • Please check local regulations before placing your order


9. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock:

  • We will offer a replacement of equal value, or

  • If no suitable alternative is available, we will refund the item and ship the remaining items


10. Order Cancellations

If your order is unexpectedly cancelled, it may have been flagged by our fraud protection system.

Before attempting to reorder:

  • Check that your billing address matches your payment method

  • Try using an alternative payment method such as PayPal


11. Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to customs restrictions or courier limitations, we do not currently ship to the following countries:

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

  • Morocco

  • Turkey

  • Palestinian Territories
